Salman Khan would often jokingly talk
about not being able to beat his
friend Aamir Khan's box office record
in spite of having delivered five
consecutive blockbusters in the last
few years. Aamir's film 3 Idiots which
had collected Rs.202.47 held the
record for being the film which so far
had fetched the highest theatrical
returns in India.
