Film had a solid jump of 60% on its 3rd Friday from previous day. Despite new release Madras Cafe doing good business, Chennai Express is steady in many circuits collecting better than that film.

Film Earn App 10.5 cr on 3rd weekend and 15cr 3rd week taking its 3 weeks total to 215cr plus. Film is already highest grosser of Indian Cinema, now it will set new benchmark by crossing 220cr mark in Lifetime. This record might remain unbeaten for some time.
